Story :

The film takes place in a parallel world after the Three Kingdom´s Era. Shinsei Inazuma Japan, a team formed by some of Raimon's players, Hakuryuu and Yukimura Hyouga play against Endou's team, Inazuma Legend Japan. Asta suddenly arrives and disturbs the match. Then, an army of LBX attack the stadium. Shindou, Tsurugi and Tenma use their Keshin Armed to fight against them, without any success. Inazuma Eleven GO VS Danball Senki WInazuma Eleven GO VS Danball Senki W. The LBX do considerable damage to the stadium and other locations. Endou and his team disappear, absorbed by a strange purple light. The members of Shinsei Inazuma Japan are safe from the disaster, because of the Inazuma TM Caravan's arrival, driven by Wonderbot.

故事发生在三国时期之后的平行世界。由白龙、雪村豹牙还有其他雷门队员组成的新生闪电日本队将对垒圆堂的队伍，传说闪电日本队。可是阿斯塔突然显身，并且干扰比赛的进行。
随 后，LBX军团前来袭击体育馆。神童、剑城和天马使出“化身盔甲”来对抗，可惜以失败收场。LBX军团也毁了体育馆和其他不少地方。同时，圆堂和他的队伍 被一道神秘紫光吸走，而消失无踪。庆幸的是，因为汪达巴特驾驶的闪电时光大篷车及时出现，新生闪电日本队成功逃出这场灾难。。。。。。

Kisah ini berlaku di dunia selari selepas Era Tiga Negara. Shinsei Inazuma Jepun, pasukan yang dibentuk daripada beberapa orang pemain Raimon, seperti Hakuryuu dan Yukimura Hyouga, bakal berlawan dengan pasukan Endou, Inazuma Legend Jepun. Akan tetapi, Asta muncul dan mengganggu perlawanan mereka. Kemudian, angkatan LBX menyerang stadium itu. Shindou, Tsurugi dan Tenma mengguna Teknik “Keshin Armed” untuk melawan balik, namun tidak berjaya. LBX memusnahkan stadium dan juga lokasi lain. Ketika itu, Endou bersama dengan pasukannya diserap oleh sinaran warna ungu pelik dan lenyap. Malah, ahli-ahli Shinsei Inazuma Jepun pula terselamat daripada malapetaka ini kerana kehadiran Karavan Inazuma TM yang dipandu oleh Wonderbot....
